During onboarding and ongoing use, we collect information about your dental practice, including your clinic name, specialty, location, years in operation, average patient value, current and target patient numbers, current marketing activities, and related business details. Providing this information is optional beyond your clinic name and location, and you may update or remove it at any time within your account settings.
Conversation Data
We store the conversations you have with Olune, including messages you send, files or images you upload, and the responses generated. This allows Olune to maintain continuity and provide relevant, informed assistance across sessions.
Memory Data
Olune extracts and stores key information from your conversations to build an ongoing understanding of your practice over time. You can view, add to, or delete this stored memory at any time within your account settings.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a third party payment processor. Olune does not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or payment details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the handling of this information.
Usage and Technical Information
We may collect technical information such as your device type, browser type, and general usage patterns to maintain and improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Olune platform
- Personalize Olune's responses and recommendations to your specific practice
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with the following third party service providers, solely to operate the platform:
- Anthropic, whose Claude AI model powers Olune's conversational and reasoning capabilities. Messages you send to Olune are processed by this underlying AI model to generate responses.
- Stripe, for payment processing and subscription management.
- Resend, for sending transactional emails, including account related notifications.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Olune, our users, or others.
Data Retention
We retain your account, practice, conversation, and memory data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of specific data, or your entire account and all associated data, at any time through your account settings.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data.
Olune provides built in tools allowing you to:
- View and edit your practice information at any time
- View, add, or delete individual memory entries
- Export your data in your preferred format
- Archive your account temporarily, or permanently delete your account and all associated data
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Olune is a business to business platform intended for use by dental practice owners and professionals. It is not directed at or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

Olune is used by dental practices worldwide, and your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using Olune, you consent to this transfer of information.
