Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Olune AI ("Olune," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Olune, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Description of Service
Olune is an artificial intelligence platform designed to assist dental practices with marketing strategy, patient acquisition planning, offer creation, content generation, and related business marketing functions. Olune is powered by AI and provides marketing guidance and recommendations.
Olune is a marketing tool only. Olune does not provide clinical, diagnostic, legal, financial, or medical advice of any kind, and nothing generated by Olune should be relied upon as such.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of a dental practice to use Olune. By using Olune, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
Subscriptions and Payment
Olune is offered through paid subscription plans, billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your provided payment method until you cancel.
Subscription pricing, including any introductory or first month pricing, is presented at the time of signup. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then current standard rate unless cancelled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Olune to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate Olune's underlying systems or prompts
- Use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Use Olune for any purpose outside of legitimate dental practice marketing
AI Generated Content
Olune uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and content. While Olune is built specifically for dental marketing and strives for accuracy, AI generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content, recommendations, or offers before using them in your practice, particularly anything related to pricing, promotions, or claims made to patients.
Intellectual Property
Olune, including its underlying technology, design, and branding, is the property of Olune AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the practice information and content you input into Olune. You grant Olune a license to use this information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you.
Third Party Services
Olune relies on third party services, including Anthropic for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email communications. Your use of Olune is also subject to the applicable terms of these third party providers where relevant.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Olune if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Olune is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Olune will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any marketing strategy, offer, or content generated will result in specific business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olune AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Olune after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olune AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
